FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2010-2011 School Year

One-Time Application Fee:              $75.00 Due With Application

                                                            (Non-Refundable)

Tuition:                                              Grade K-12

                                                            ($7,000.00)

Tuition Discounts:                             2^nd Child (10%)

                                                            3^rd Child (15%)

                                                            4^th Child + (total family tuition = $25,000)

Registration:                                      A non-refundable fee of $550 is required for new students at the time of registration.  This fee will be applied to total tuition upon admission of the student.

Payment Plan:                                   Registrants are responsible for annual tuition and fees for the total school year of the attending student.  Monthly payments begin on August 1, 2010.  Payments are due on the 1^st of each month.  Payments received after the 6^th of the month will be assessed a late charge.  Payments start in the month of August and end in the month of May.

Waiting List:                                      In the event of a full class, a child may be placed on our waiting list after all other admission requirements have been fulfilled.  You will be notified in writing of your numbered position on the list.

Returned Checks:                             A fee of $30.00 will be charged for dishonored checks.

Late Fees:                                           A late charge of $40.00 per month will be assessed for all accounts remaining unpaid as of due date.

Fee Payment Plan:                            Monthly payment of $645.00 over a ten-month period.

                                                            (This figure will be adjusted according to discounts given).

Student Books Payment:                  Student’s accounts will be charged in September an annual cost for student text and workbooks.  This cost will be based on the actual cost for textbooks and workbooks based on the grade level.

                                                            Grades 1-3: $150.60

                                                            Grades 4-6: $152.85

                                                            Grades 7-9: $311.90

                                                            Grades 10-12: $251.45
